MOSCOW, Jul 6 (PRIME) -- Oil major Rosneft reregistered affiliate Colmati Trading Limited from Cyprus to the Russky Island in Russia’s Far East in May, according to the documents seen by PRIME late on Monday.
The company was renamed into International Company Colmati.
Colmati is focused on investment in securities. Luxembourg's Rosneft European Holdings S. A. acted as the founder.
